The augmented reality exhibition „Fünfzehn“ was created as part of the „Festival der Regionen“. The contemporary art and culture festival has been held every two years since 1993, each time in a designated region in Upper Austria.

The first Festival took place in 1993. Central approaches of the festival were and are: Strengthening of local initiatives, opening of spaces/thinking spaces, criticism of political and social developments, participation, sustainability and much more.

Based on the original posters, as well as found footage of the „Festival der Regionen“ from 1997, 2007 and 2017, I created augmented reality animations that review the festivals from my point of view – a view from the outside into the past with the eyes of the future.
